You Are Not Alone
You are not broken, unworthy, or unlovable. Maybe you feel tender, wounded, or unsettled. You may carry a deep emptiness or longing that words can barely express. Maybe that loss has left you numb, isolated, or disconnected from yourself and others. Maybe you feel shame and are questioning your worth. Your relationships may feel strained, leaving you feeling misunderstood or lonely.
I’m Natalie, and you don’t have to face this alone. Together, we’ll gently explore your complex experience in a safe, compassionate space. With warmth, empathy, and an approach tailored uniquely to you, we’ll integrate expressive arts and deep emotional support. You and I can build a trusting relationship that helps you rediscover clarity, confidence, and inner peace. I’m here because I want to see you. Together, we can reveal who you truly are.
I know you can do this. I’m here for you. Let’s connect. I want to hear your story.

Background
Originally from Austin, I’ve lived and worked in Tokyo, New York City, and a range of diverse communities, bringing creativity, openness, and a wide lens to the therapy space. My approach is shaped by both professional training and personal experience—including my own journey through death loss and miscarriage. I’ve supported individuals and groups at the Christi Center and the Austin Center for Grief and Loss, and I hold deep respect for the complexity of grief in all its forms, as well as the profound impact of change and intense emotions that can shape our inner lives.
In our work together, you can expect deep attunement, genuine curiosity, and compassion. I’ll meet you where you are and tailor each session to your needs, drawing from a variety of approaches:
Existentialism to explore core questions of meaning, identity, freedom, and what it means to be human
Eidetic Imaging for somatic and mind-body insight
Parts work (IFS) to explore and honor different aspects of your internal experience
DBT skills to support emotional regulation
Narrative Therapy to empower you as the storyteller of your life
Expressive arts and play therapy, including Oaklander sandtray, for creative exploration and healing
Psychoeducation to deepen insight and self-understanding
Gottman-informed tools to strengthen and support your relationships
Whether you're navigating grief, identity shifts, trauma, or life transitions, I offer a space of care, creativity, and connection—one that supports healing on your terms.
Outside the therapy room, you can find me playing Uno with family, hiking the Greenbelt with my 80lb pitbull/boxer, catching live music, bringing my kiddos’ imaginative recipes to life, listening to “This Jungian Life Podcast” or soaking in the words of Rumi, Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Nicole LePera, or Young Pueblo.
